The place to be during the holidays is, of course, the beach! For several years Argelès-sur-Mer has been awarded the “Blue Flag” label, which guarantees a clean, well-cared for beach. The 7 km of fine, pale-coloured sand that border the resort offer freedom and space to enable everyone to enjoy the sunshine in their own way.

The beach-centre and nearby port mean that you can stroll day and night through the ice-cream parlours, bars, restaurants and shops, especially along the "Allée des Pins" which is full of all types of shops.
