The environmental emergency can no longer be denied. We are all aware of it and informed about it. And yet, while this urgency is increasingly rooted in our collective consciousness, and movements are growing in number, effective policies of action are still too timid
in view of the current and future consequences. Yes, the
scenario is intriguing, but it’s still too sluggish and action is still too fragile.
Our establishment’s primary concern is the well-being of its guests, but also that of our beloved Mother Earth. At La Sardane, our pro-environmental policy is more than tangible. Its internal and external actions are in line with this policy, and continue to grow stronger every day: eco-responsible policy, zero paper, anti-waste, eco-label, Clef Verte, bio-certification,
containers, selective sorting, recto/verso printing, L.P.O refuge, and so on. Each department,
independently of the others, is working towards this goal.
But our actions, while important, are still not enough…
That’s why we want all our guests to join us in defending Gaia’s interests. Taking care of the Earth also means taking care of ourselves.
Let’s share, pass on and be eco-responsible; let’s avoid wasting water,
electricity, sort our waste; there are no small gestures and all have
a significant impact on the environment.
So, for the Present and the Future, for our heirs and biodiversity ;
let’s act together and celebrate Nature!!!
