FAQ – Camping La Sardane

The parking lot is accessible 24 hours a day, on presentation of the license plate you provided when checking in at reception.

You’ll find 4 sockets in the night parking lot, 2 sockets in the Tropical parking lot and 2 sockets in our Riad parking lot.

– Laundromat #1 is located next to the grocery store—cash only – Laundromat #2 is located next to the Tramontane restroom. – Cash and credit cards accepted. Note: Detergent included; washing machine: €6; dryer: €4; washing machines: 6.5 kg

All restrooms remain open at night.

The campground has two bocce courts: – The large bocce court is located at the far end of the overnight parking lot—it is lit (renovations were completed in 2024 to improve it) – The small bocce court is located near the mini farm—it is not lit

You’ll find a ping-pong table at the back of the overnight parking lot, close to the boulodrome (rackets not supplied).

It is located next to the Roussillon rest stop. You can discharge your gray and black water and refill with drinking water.

-The reservation is confirmed only after the campground has approved it and received payment, which includes:
30% deposit, payable in a single payment;
booking fee: €10 during the low season and €20 during the high season.
It is not possible to reserve a spot without payment.
The balance can then be paid in installments, up until the day of your arrival.
Please note: Babies and infants are counted toward the maximum occupancy of the accommodation or campsite.

– We accept the following payment methods:
Credit card, including via our secure 3D Secure Payline platform;
Cash, up to a maximum of €1,000 per stay;
ANCV and ANCV Connect vacation checks, made out to a participant in the stay or the person who made the reservation;
Bank checks, provided they are received at least 1 month before the arrival date.

-It allows for the refund of amounts already paid, excluding the processing fee and the cancellation coverage premium. Valid reasons include: serious illness, injury, death, or significant property damage.→ For more information: Cancellation Coverage

– Cancellations must be made by e-mail by clicking here – Official proof must be provided. (e.g. medical certificate). – To request a refund, you must have subscribed to the guarantee and respect its terms. NB : The management of Camping La Sardane has discretionary power in the event of cancellation.

– The inventory list is located either in the living room (on the wall or inside the closet) or in the kitchen (on the wall or inside the upper cabinets). – To complete your inventory, log in to your Cool’n Camp app or stop by the front desk.

No, it is forbidden to put a tent on a mobile home plot.

No, additional vehicles must be parked either in the overnight parking lot or outside the campground. The exception is Tribu sites, which have two parking spaces. Additional vehicles are allowed for an extra fee.

– Traditional campsite: 100 m², 6 people (max. 4 adults and 2 children).
– XL campsite: 160 m² , max. 6 people.
– Comfort and Comfort Woofi sites with private restroom facilities: 160 m², maximum 6 people.

A maximum of 3 unitsmay be set upon the site .
The following are permitted: 1 trailer or 1 RV + tent.

No, reservations for minors only will be automatically refused. Minors not accompanied by their legal guardian are not allowed on the campsite.

For safety reasons, only gas grills or planchas are permitted. Electric grills and similar appliances (such as stone grills, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

Quietly make your way to the nearest refuge area, either near the restaurant or the multi-sports field.

No, this is not possible, as minors who are not accompanied by their legal guardians are not allowed on the premises.

No, visitors must park their vehicles outside the campsite.

Visitor access is free . They must present themselves at reception accompanied by the holidaymaker , with proof of identity , and provide their full name and telephone number . They will then be given an access bracelet .
Visitors’ animals are not allowed .
For reasons of confidentiality, no information about our holidaymakers will be communicated to visitors .

A reservation consisting solely of minors will be automatically declined; minors remain the responsibility of their legal guardian or designated adult for the entire duration of their stay.

– Minors must not circulate alone in the campsite after 00:00; they must be accompanied by their legal representative or guardian. – Minors are under the responsibility of their legal representatives or guardians for the entire duration of their stay. Legal guardians may not leave the campsite without minors under their responsibility.

You can register directly from your Cool’n Camp space. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact reception or the Bonics.

The free shuttle to Barcelona runs once a week, from mid-June to mid-September.
Registration is available exclusively through your Cool’n Camp account, on Sundays starting at 7:00 p.m.
Any changes will be posted on the app: be sure to check it regularly.
⚠️ If you register but do not show up on the day of departure, a €45 penalty will be charged.
