March 14, 2022 update

The Camping La Sardane establishment is in line with government directives.
As of today, the health protocol relating to the health crisis that has been in place up to now will cease to apply.
This means, until further notice:

1/ Stop wearing masks on the premises.
 2/ Suspend the vaccination pass.
 3/ Maintain the traditional sanitary protocol (HPA).

Please note:

However, we are counting on the responsibility of each and every one of you to respect the traditional rules of hygiene.

It should be noted that this current system may evolve, depending on government decisions.

Book your vacation with peace of mind, we offer you an 18-month credit if you cancel your stay 5 days before your arrival, for the following health reasons:

– Border closures (foreign customers) or travel restrictions preventing you from coming to La Sardane.

– Administrative closure of our facility.

– If a participant is a “contact case” or “Covid-19 carrier”.

If it is not used within 18 months, you will receive a 100% refund.

SANITARY PASS ACCESS TO CAMPSITE:

From Wednesday 21/07/2021, new arrivals will be able to use the sanitary pass to access the campsite. This pass is to be presented ONLY on the day of arrival.

How to obtain a health pass

✅Have a negative RT-PCR or antigen test less than 72 hours old or

✅A vaccination certificate, provided you have a complete vaccination schedule, or

✅ A certificate of recovery from COVID-19: positive RT-PCR or antigenic test at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.

HEALTH PROTOCOL

We work with our National Outdoor Hotel Federation.

1 Welcome

  • Set up a circuit with entrances and exits, the queue will be outside
  • In the reception area, masks must be worn and hydroalcoholic gel is available.
  • We welcome you with respect for all barrier gestures
  • The keys will be handed over from 4 p.m. onwards to allow time for each new holidaymaker to settle in.
  • Your keys will be disinfected before you receive them.
  • Payment by credit card recommended, device will be disinfected after each use
  • Only 1 person per reservation in the reception area

2. Your accommodation

  • We will ensure a complete cleaning, including of course systematic disinfection of all contact points.
  • It will be aired on arrival
  • Access to communal washrooms will not be possible (wristband check)

3. Communal washrooms

  • Hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers will be installed at the entrances to sanitary facilities.
  • Signage to respect safety distances must be respected, queuing will be outside.
  • On common areas (washbasins, dishwashing basins, etc.) we have removed every other point to respect the safety distance.
  • They will be disinfected at least 3 times a day
  • Masks must be worn in common areas
  • Use of sanitary facilities is reserved for traditional pitches (wristband control).

4. Aquatic area

  • The entire aquatic area is open
  • All our covered areas are open-air (no domes)
  • Deckchairs available (disinfected every morning)
  • We will make sure that safety distances are respected.
  • The pool is treated with chlorine, the chlorine level is continuously monitored by automatic analyzers + manual analyses.
  • We’ll be stepping up disinfection of swimming pool beaches
  • Hydro-alcoholic gel available
  • Products available to disinfect your deckchair
  • Aquatic area closed from 1pm to 2pm for additional disinfection

5. Catering areas

  • The “El Burro” snack bar will offer takeaway and on-site sales
  • Las Vigatanes restaurant is open
  • Mask MANDATORY indoors and on the terrace
  • Hydro-alcoholic gel available
  • Contactless payment possible

6. Grocery store

  • Hydro-alcoholic gel available
  • The queue will be lined up respecting the barrier gestures and the safety distance.
  • Contactless payment possible

7. The gym

  • 6 people maximum
  • The room is disinfected 3 times a day
  • Self-service disinfectant spray

8. Wellness area

  • Open with respect for sanitary rules
  • Masks MANDATORY
  • Hydro-alcoholic gel available

9. Le Jardin des Bambins

  • Hand washing will be systematic
  • We will disinfect the games after each use.
  • The barrier gestures and safety distance will be respected.
  • Each child brings a backpack with his or her belongings (water bottle, cap, etc.).
  • Hydro-alcoholic gel available
  • Early registration is recommended
  • ATTENTION a maximum of 10 children can be accommodated

10. Daytime activities

  • Activities will take place exclusively outdoors
  • Hiking and sports courses will still be available max 10 people
  • Barrier gestures and safety distance will be respected
  • Our mascots Chardane , Rykikie and Woofi will be there, in “Parade” mode. This year, soft hugs won’t be possible.

11. Evening events

  • Evenings subject to catering protocol
  • Mask MANDATORY for dances

12. Information and follow-up

  • Rémi is La Sardane’s health manager
  • A dedicated health book will be kept up to date on a daily basis
  • Clear communication and displays will be provided in all common areas.
