Art 1 – The surnames, first names and dates of birth of all persons who will occupy the accommodation or pitches must be specified. If the rental is accepted, it will be for the persons initially registered on the contract. No third party replacements are possible.
The rental is personal, any transfer or sub-letting to a third party is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this clause will result in the cancellation of the contract and the loss of the deposit paid at the time of booking.
Please note! We cannot accept booking requests from minors who are not accompanied by their legal representatives (art.389 of the Civil Code).
Art 2 – The reservation becomes effective only with our agreement (confirmation by mail or e-mail) and after reception of the payment including:
For rentals, 30% deposit of the total amount of the stay + 20 € administration fee.
For pitches, 100 € deposit + 20 € booking fee.
The total amount of the stay is payable at the latest on the day of your arrival or 1 month before if the payment is made by bank check.
Art 3 – Special requests must be specified in writing (letter or e-mail) at the time of booking. The Management cannot guarantee the allocation of a specific accommodation as pitches are allocated according to availability.
Art 4 – Reservations for mobile homes are made on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays for a minimum of one week (excluding short stays and pitches).
The rentals will be available from 4pm and must be vacated before 10.30 am on the day of your departure.Pitches will be available from 2pm and must be vacated before 12.am on the day of departure.
Art 5 – In case of delay, please inform us. The pitch or the rental will remain at your disposal for 36 hours. After this period, the Management may dispose of the pitch or the rental at its discretion and the deposit will be retained by the campsite. No discount will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure.
Art 6 – In case of cancellation, no deposit will be refunded if you have not subscribed to the cancellation guarantee.
Art 7 – The number of people per accommodation (from 2 to 10 people) or pitch (4 or 6 people including 4 adults maximum) must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation including children and infants (1 baby = 1 person).
1 vehicle per booking (except for the 10 person tribe, 2 vehicles). Any additional vehicle must be parked on the campsite’s paying car park or outside.
Art 8 – You will be given a permanent bracelet to wear from the age of 5 years for the duration of your stay for access to the campsite and activities (loss of the bracelet 3€).
Art 9 – The Management will put an immediate end to the stay, without indemnity or compensation, in case of non-respect of the internal rules in force.
Art 10 – The children remain under the responsibility of their legal guardians or those accompanying them during the whole of their stay (including aquatic area, playground, etc.).
Art 11 – ” Jardin des bambins ” : the activities offered to children from 5 years old are free. Your children have access to this area from Monday to Friday during the school holidays and subject to availability. In the event of lateness or bad behaviour, the activity leaders may refuse access.
Art 12 – Pets are not allowed from 10 July to 20 August 2022 Category 1 and 2 dogs are strictly forbidden on the site.
The many pleasures of camping life largely compensate for the slight inconveniences of the open air. Also, insects and other “small animals” being part of this holiday formula, the Management is not responsible for their displacement in the campsite.
Art 13 – Visitors are allowed on the campsite La Sardane but they cannot access the activities or the aquatic area and must park their vehicle outside the campsite. All visitors must report their presence to the reception desk in order to obtain a suitable bracelet.
Cancellation guarantee
The guarantee is acquired if the cancellation results from :
– Serious illness, injury or death :
of the “guaranteed”, his/her spouse or their ascendants or descendants, their brothers, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law ;
Serious illness or serious injury, certified by a doctor, which prevents the sick or injured person from leaving their home or the care establishment where they are being treated on the date of departure and which implies the cessation of all activity. The company reserves the right to have an expert appraisal carried out.
– Material damage:
Fire, explosion, accident resulting in significant damage to the insured’s home or place of work, as well as theft requiring his/her urgent presence in order to carry out the necessary protective measures.
Serious traffic accident involving the insured and occurring on the occasion of the journey necessary to enter the rented property.
No reimbursement shall be made for any impediment to the journey resulting from
– Foreign war, civil war, resolution, riots, strikes, seizure or coercion by the police, official bans, piracy, explosions of devices, nuclear or radioactive effects, climatic obstacles.
– Events arising from participation as a competitor in sports competitions, betting, matches, contests, rallies or their preparatory tests.
– Accident, illness or death that occurred before the date of commencement of the cover.
– Complications of a known or foreseeable state of pregnancy at the time the cover takes effect.
– The use of non-prescribed narcotics.
– Suicide or attempted suicide.
– Accident, illness, pandemic or death of a person aged 80 years or older, or as a result of a chronic state of ill health.

Extract from the internal rules
– Refrain from noisy activities between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. on pain of expulsion from the establishment without reimbursement.
– Report visitors to the reception, their vehicles do not have access to the campsite. Wearing a dedicated bracelet is compulsory.
– Do not hang clotheslines on young trees that are still fragile. Respect nature, the facilities and the people.
– The Management declines all responsibility in case of theft, valuables can be left at the reception (hire of safes).
– Dogs must be kept on a lead and must relieve themselves outside the campsite. Animals are not allowed from 10/07 to 20/08/2022.
– All barbecues, even electric ones, are forbidden on the pitches. Common barbecues are available near the sanitary facilities (bring your own grill).
– The shops are open from 16/04 to 25/09/2022.
– Entertainment from 16/04 to 25/09/2022.
– The wearing of an identification bracelet is compulsory for people over 5 years of age, it must be kept on your wrist for the duration of your stay. Failure to comply with this rule will result in expulsion from the campsite.
– La Sardane campsite reserves the right to use any photographic material in which you may appear for future publications.
– At the swimming pool, only classic, full-body, close-fitting swimming costumes are allowed (prefectural decree). Thus, for reasons of hygiene, swimming shorts, pants, topless and any other garment are forbidden in the aquatic area.
– The sanitary facilities are closed from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m., although an annex remains open all night.
– 16 amps maximum in the chalets and 10 amps on the pitches.
– Tourist tax not included -> EUR 0.66 per night per adult.
– The sports hall is open from 6.00-21.00, exclusively for major clients of La Sardane campsite.
– The gates are open from 6.30am to 11.30pm. If guests return after 11.30 pm, their vehicles must be parked in the overnight car park at the entrance to the campsite.
